They came out to look initially. Booked a date to have the work carried out. I rang 5 mins before the appointment time to be told that they were not going to make today so would next week be ok. I agreed. They didn’t turn up and there was no contact and no answer to any phone calls.
Eventually the day after, I got a call which I had to cut short due to being at work and then received text messages saying they could come at a specific time on a specific day. Buy this time we had arranged another provider who had been out promptly. Terrible customer service on this occasion.- Negative
